This unique project was by request of the clients to redesign the interior of their proposed new patio home not yet constructed. Their mission was to create a more open loft like contemporary atmosphere which would allow them to display art and entertain. This was accomplished by preparing new interior plans that addressed un-built existing conditions, yet created a new interior unlike the one proposed by the builder. The result is a creative blend of a unique contemporary interior within a more traditional southwestern style exterior.
