This Cafe, Blues and Jazz Club located in Central Phoenix is a build out of an existing space originally occupied by a five and dime store constructed in the 1950's. The design incorporated a unique set of design elements that define diverse dining and entertainment spaces within an otherwise long and narrow footprint. The use of simple materials as well as economic construction techniques brought the project in at $50.00/sf.
