These drawings represent a preliminary scheme for a project to be located at 1429 North First Street in Phoenix Arizona. The development consists of mixed use components that include on grade parking to service second level professional office spaces and then 5 levels of living spaces consisting of 2 - 1,950 sf units that have 2 parking spaces adjacent to them accessed by an auto elevator. In addition there is a roof top common area for the residents that feature a lap pool, Jacuzzi and BBQ area. We are currently looking for a development partner for this project.
